These are the type of shower shoes you need to bring with you to basic training. They don't have to look exactly like these but it is preferred that they are black and made of nothing but plastic and rubber. These shoes are a must to have with you. If you show up at basic training without shower shoes, you will be showering in your tennis shoes. Under no circumstances will you ever enter the showers without shoes on your feet. In the event that you cannot find showers shoes that meet this description, then bring some kind of flip-flop for the first few days, and buy some like these during your initial shopping.

This is A1C Austin Greene who was recruited out of the Jackson office. He is currently stationed in Kuwait as a Security Forces Apprentice. There he met Carlos Mencia and Brandon Williams. Austin is one of the most grateful persons I have ever met. I'm glad he is doing well and enjoying what he does, he deserves it!

He is the top of the chain for enlisted personnel. A1C Crayton is from Jackson, TN and is stationed at Warner Robbins AFB, GA as an Information Manager. She sent me this pic and told me how much she loves her base and her job.

No more BCG's
The New Airman Battle Uniform (ABU)
You all are getting the ABU issued in basic training. The ABU is a lot easier to maintain than the older uniform. It also looks a lot better. You don't even have to shine the boots that come with it! When you get these uniforms and the blues uniforms issued to you in basic make sure they fit a little loose because you might add a few pounds after basic.
Direct Deposit Form
You need to click the link on the right "4shared" and select "Direct Deposit Form" print out the first page of this form.
